PG Mutual (PG) is a not-for-profit membership organisation, based in St Albans, specialising in providing income protection for professional people.
In March 2012 the CEO of PG Mutual approached Fever Digital about assisting the company's internal Sales and Marketing team in their rebranding project. The company already had a website that had been designed and built internally but it was not performing in terms of bringing in the new leads the company needed.
The project involved working closely with the current print design agency to translate the newly produced brand into something that would work well on the web. This meant that the designs the Fever team came up with had to meet the scrutiny of not just PG Mutual, but also their existing design agency. Luckily this was not a problem and a design was quickly chosen.
Such a success was the new website that the team at PG Mutual soon realised the possibilities of the web and asked Fever Digital to design and develop a Members Area and Online Application form to complement and expand the funcitonality of the Quick Quote. Working closely with the Operations Director and Compliance team this went live in January 2013 and has cut down on processing time within the company call centre, allowing agents to process enquiries more efficiently.
Since the website went live in mid-2012, and the Members Area at the beginning of 2013, Fever Digital has continued to work closely with the Sales and Marketing and Operations teams at PG, assisting in a number of projects including monthly email newsletter layout and design, internal business system maintenance and development as well as on-going website/Members Area design, development and maintenance.
